I visited the new Frosted Cupcakery, at 1200 N. Highland in Hollywood, and wowsa was it good. The red velvet cupcake was super-moist, and unlike other places they didn't load on too much frosting. Delicious! Here are some pics I took with my phone...

Nice find! I've never heard of Frosted. Will add to the looong list of cupcakeries to try!
They also have a location in Belmont Shore in Long Beach. LOVE their cupcakes.
